Our workshops are designed to be facilitative rather than didactic teaching. We
believe that each one of us holds an enormous amount of knowledge within us; it requires
the right kind of prompting or questioning to access that information.
We use this approach to raise awareness in our training group members, and use their
real-life material to ensure that the learning is bedded down.
At Sunai, our facilitators do not push the participants to be overly jolly
or to undertake adventure-type activities; we tend to use a more
reflective and serene methodology. All standard workshops are
designed for 8-10 people as an optimum, to ensure that there is
adequate time to address issues and queries.
We also offer a tailored service whereby you can request a particular
subject area and we will develop a workshop to fit your specific needs.
We offer our workshops independently, which are open to the public, as well as
conducting them in-house within organisations. We also offer a women's development
programme.

new business development, stress management, self-esteem and confidence, anger
management, conflict resolution, communication skills and personal success.
