We regard the individual as the primary resource. So whether youcame to see us in one of our specialist private services or your request our services for your company, we see you and your role within the remit of the whole rather than just you in isolation. We recognise that people are part of many differrent systems: But within that there is the individual who at times needs individual attention. Once the individuals's needs are addressed, we find that the system they are part of, suddenly starts to run much more smoothly. So we provide the oil for the individual in the shape of therapy, coaching and training - all developmental services that utimately assist the systems as a whole.
