Sunai was founded and established 3 years ago by Indu Khurana, to empower individuals in the way that they needed, so that they can achieve more of what they want in life.

Indu is a qualified Counsellor and Coach. She has worked as a Counsellor for a variety of organisations prior to starting Sunai, and dealt with a wide range of issues. She has coached individuals from differing backgrounds and cultures, inspiring them to make their life choices rather than plodding in their life-rut. Indu has several years experience in facilitating / training gained in a variety of environments.

Indu is passionate about inspiring and empowering people. She has a particular personal interest in empowering women. It is this huge passion that led to the birth of Sunai.

Philosophy

"Sunai", meaning to hear in Punjabi and Hindi, is what we are about. Listening at a deep level, is what Sunai "pcm" practitioners do best. Every Sunai programme is presented in a nurturing and empowering environment, by qualified and experienced personnel. Qualities of integrity, honesty, patience and understanding are fundamental to the success of Sunai.

Personnel

These qualities are also a basic expectation of our practitioners, who are all highly qualified and experienced in Counselling, Coaching, Mentoring or Training. They have between them a skills portfolio that spans a variety of ages, backgrounds, and a breadth of issues and needs.

Sunai practitioners work from the ethos of treating individuals as fellow humans rather than patients or numbers.
